War Termination and Hotlines Project by the James Martin Center for Nonproliferation Studies and American Enterprise Institute
Creating a 1-year project on communications, war termination, and dead hand systems, including research and policy advocacy on command and control system changes, risk mitigation policies, technical consideration of communications in a nuclear environment, and the potential effects of advanced AI agents and AI-enabled negotiations. This includes targeted grants from the GCR Fund.
