Establishing the Conclave on Great Powers and Extreme Risks, a twice-yearly coordinating forum for organizers of non-government dialogues between experts from great power nations like the U.S., China, Russia, and India to improve the effectiveness of backchannel diplomacy for combating extreme risks.. This includes targeted grants from the GCR Fund.
