This is not a complete list of every grant we’ve made, but highlights the organizations we’ve vetted and funded for their potential to create outsized impact. We include all grantees who have received funding, where possible considering confidentiality reasons. The 'first funded' date indicates the month and year that Founders Pledge first invested in this grantee. Some of these grantees have received multiple grants from us throughout the years.

Last Mile Health
Women in rural Liberia have limited access to injectable contraceptives -- a preferred method -- because the government and donors undersupply them. Our funding supports Last Mile Health's pilot distributing Sayana Press through community health workers in eight Liberian counties, which is expected to reach over 35K women. We expect the pilot to generate evidence highlighting the supply-demand gap, which in turn can be used by Last Mile Health as they provide technical assistance to the Ministry of Health and encourage an increase in the supply of injectable contraceptives.
