I've always believed that making it easy for founders to give back is key. Supporting impact organisations is the right thing to do - particularly if we are lucky enough to be successful in our ventures - and Founders Pledge is the best, easiest and most efficient way to do it.
Motivated by making it easier for people to do better, Dafna cofounded and ran Founders For Good/Founders Pledge before becoming a Trustee. Redirecting focus to the health crisis, she launched Indie Bay Snacks to reinvent the mass snack experience, making it easier for other indies to snack while doing good for themselves and their communities. Throughout her career, Dafna has used business as a vehicle to help improve people’s lives. In addition to co-founding Founders For Good, home of Founders Pledge. Dafna was COO of Eden McCallum, a disruptor in the strategy consulting space. Dafna began her career at Procter and Gamble and McKinsey, later starting the european operations of tech companies including excite! and eos Ventures.
Dafna is an Israeli American living in London.
