As CTO of Founders Factory, Paul leads the engineering effort for the incubator and provides strategic technical advice to the startups on everything from team building and process to technical architecture.

With over 20 years in tech, Paul has been CTO at multiple startups including mydeco and Rockpack. Prior to that he held senior engineering positions in a number of global corporations including Motorola and Disney.

Paul is passionate about Open Source software and is a regular contributor to community projects, supporting the next generation of engineers.
