I am a maker/product-designer with a passion for space, hard tech innovation, and immersive art experiences. My first major project was goTenna, which was a long-range secure communications devices I invented in 2012 allowing smartphones to communicate without cell services. At the end of 2018 I went to my first Burning Man and was inspired to create The Fluffy Cloud, which I left goTenna to dedicate myself wholly to building. I debuted The Cloud at BM 2019 and since then have been focused on building it up as a self-sustaining interactive art piece that can be shared with people all over the world.
