5 years ago, I co-founded Health Coach Institute which has grown to become Empowered Education, a leading education platform empowering people to lead healthy, productive lives. We have a 100% virtual team, with 200+ employees in over 30 states and 10 countries. We have trained over 20,000 students, making it among the top nutrition and coach training institutions in the world. 5 years ago, I was lucky enough to be a founding partner of Trilogy Education Services as well. Trilogy was acquired by 2U in May 2019.  Graduates of Trilogy-powered programs have driven more than $1 billion in economic impact. In 2014, I left New York City where I was raised and started a purpose-driven community hub and home in San Rafael, CA where I host thought leaders and change agents in the Bay Area. I also love being a dad, playing the piano and anything that makes my heart sing.
