Erika is an engineering leader, climate philanthropist, and co-founder of Spark Climate Solutions, a non-profit dedicated to accelerating progress in emerging, high-impact climate fields, including livestock methane mitigation, methane removal, agricultural nitrogen management, and natural systems feedback monitoring and response. She has led groups at Planet Labs, OpenAI and Stripe, and founded a voter registration and turnout non-profit for the 2016 election. Erika studied mechanical engineering and computer science at MIT.
