Joe is a co-founder at Permutive, a fast and scalable platform for real-time personalisation in publishing, e-commerce and gaming. Started in 2013, they're backed by some of the world's best investors including EF, Y Combinator and Octopus Ventures. Prior to starting Permutive, Joe studied Computer Science at Imperial College and the University of Oxford, before dropping out of a PhD in Machine Learning at the University of Cambridge to build Permutive.
