Jonathan founded Lepe Partners in 2011, a merchant bank for media, consumer & internet CEOs & entrepreneurs. He was previously co-founder & CEO of LongAcre Partners, building the company into Europe’s leading mid-market media corporate finance house before selling it to Jefferies in 2007. Jonathan also co-founded Founders Forum, PROfounders Capital & is on the advisory board of Opera Solutions & Kelkoo. He has advised on over 100 transactions in the media & Internet space worth over $20bn to date.
