Benoît co-founded Theodo, a consulting firm in digital technologies that helps the CIO and CTO build their technical strategies, deliver their roadmap and accelerate their time-to-market. Over the past ten years, Theodo has built 500+ products for fast growing startups like MADE.com and BlaBlaCar, as well as for large corporations like Safran and LVMH. With more than 150 web engineers based in Paris, London and New York, Theodo has developed a tried and tested methodology for Agile at Scale that is transmitted to its clients.

Benoît is a member of Galion Project, a non-profit think tank that helps other entrepreneurs grow faster, and YPO, a global community of leaders committed to the shared mission of becoming. He is passionate about Agile at Scale and Lean Strategy; sharing his lean experience and learnings as a regular conference speaker. He also never turns down a kite surf session.
