A self-taught coder, Will Nathan was one of the first 25 engineers at BuzzFeed, where he programmed a time machine homepage takeover for General Electric and analytical tools for cat video editors. After BuzzFeed, he co-founded the interior design startup Homepolish, which has raised over $20MM in venture investment at a $100MM valuation and grown to 75 employees with over a million Instagram followers. Will started his career with a B.S. in Mathematical Economics from Wake Forest University and as an investment banker in San Francisco, where he worked on $1BN of technology mergers & acquisitions at Union Square Advisors. In 2016, he became a General Partner and co-founder of Trail Mix Ventures after personally investing in over a dozen startups, including Stedi, SelfMade, and Alice Financial.
