Paul is the co-founder and CEO of Dots, an art-inspired mobile gaming studio. Prior to Dots, Paul helped start and fund a handful of successful startups as a partner at betaworks, including Giphy, Bloglovin, and Rushmore. Prior to betaworks, helped lead Aviary’s pivot to a mobile photo editing platform as their COO, which ultimately led to an acquisition by Adobe. Before Aviary, he was chief of staff for the President of Microsoft's Business Division. Paul is an advisor, investor, and board member for a number of startups. He holds a Computer Engineering degree from Virginia Tech and an MBA from IE Business School in Madrid.
