Previously Founder and CEO/Chair of Attest, a SaaS company based in London and New York. Consumer and customer research technology that drives smarter growth, trusted by many of the world’s biggest B2C businesses. Over 9 years expanding and reshaping an entire industry by making high-quality consumer intelligence fast and accessible for all. With customers across >30 countries and >$60 million in total revenue, Attest builds with state-of-the-art architecture, AI and machine learning to help businesses understand their target customers with vast flexibility and detail, across 59 countries and >70 languages. Attest was named one of FT's fastest-growing companies and LinkedIn’s Top 25 hottest UK companies.

Previously, I gained a wide range of experiences and skills over 9 years at McKinsey & Company, leading high-priority global projects across >25 countries, ranging from national infrastructure negotiations to building new businesses and global expansions.

I hold a MBA from Harvard Business School (studied with Professor Clay Christensen), also studied at MIT (working on synthetic biology), am originally a scientist (mathematically modelling of animal behaviour) at University of Edinburgh, and have a (not very secret) life-long passion for oceans.

I care deeply about social change, as Chair/Trustee at REAch2 (which significantly improved >60 challenged state primary schools across the UK), Trustee at Nesta (>£400m endowed charity that designs, tests and scales new solutions to society’s biggest problems), and actively enjoy taking-on complex challenges at massive scale. I'm also actively engaged in promoting diversity and inclusion in tech and tech-related fields.
