Simi is an Advisor at Founders Pledge, where she supports members in developing evidence-based philanthropic strategies that maximise the impact of their giving. With over a decade of experience across philanthropy, client advisory, and mission-driven initiatives, she brings a thoughtful, hands-on approach to helping donors translate their values into transformative outcomes.
Prior to joining Founders Pledge, Simi was a Private Client Manager at the Charities Aid Foundation, where she managed a portfolio of high- and ultra-high-net-worth donors and facilitated complex philanthropic transactions. Her broader experience includes work in advocacy, youth empowerment, and cross-sector collaboration—building strategic partnerships across civil society, government, and purpose-driven organisations to advance inclusive development and social change.
Simi holds a Master’s in International Social and Public Policy (Development) from the London School of Economics and a BA in Economics from the University of Leicester, where she served as President of the Raising and Giving (RAG) Association. She is especially passionate about youth education and development.

Michelle Obama - She is extremely smart and knowledgeable and I also feel that she would have epic stories to tell.
Q: As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?
Veterinarian.

Romcom... without the rom... I guess that makes it a sitcom.
