Sally joined Founders Pledge in March 2021 and is responsible for finding brilliant, dedicated people to join the Founders Pledge team! Sally's passionate about ensuring that candidates have an exceptional experience with Founders Pledge and supporting hiring managers to make the best hiring decisions. With a background in tech start-ups and scale-ups, in a variety of industries, she enjoys helping to build and improve processes. When she's not working, Sally can usually be found running around after her 1-year old and spending time outdoors.

Q: If you could choose anyone famous (real or fictional) to have dinner with who would they be and why?

Such a hard question but maybe Ted Lasso, for his infectious positivity.

Q: As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?

Prime Minister, a hairdresser, a barrister, a doctor, a bank manager...?!

Q: If a movie was made of your life what genre would it be, who would play you?

The genre would be dramedy and I'd like Maya Rudolph to play me - she seems genuine and down-to-earth.
