Previously Philip looked after growth across Europe at Founders Pledge. He's now at Silicon Valley Bank as Director of Emerging Managers across Europe developing close relationships with top investors.

Philip has a breadth of experience and networks across the early-stage community. Spending time across the UK and New York, Philip has been a company founder as well as establishing 10X10, a community of leading Black entrepreneurs, game-changers, and investors in the industry. In his spare time, he hosts “Startup HandMeDowns” podcast, where he has interviewed over 100 founders, investors, and thought leaders to share their entrepreneurial experiences.
