Mary joined Founders Pledge in September 2025 as U.S. Growth Lead. After graduating with a International Relations and Economics degree, she began her career in tech sales before moving into roles across edtech, healthtech, and consulting. Over the past eight years, she has worked with more than 75 startups, partnering directly with founders to shape messaging, build go-to-market strategies, and drive growth. This blend of experience across early-stage startups and mission-driven organizations ultimately led her to Founders Pledge, where she now helps channel entrepreneurial success into meaningful global impact. Outside of work, you’ll find Mary traveling, hiking, writing, and relaxing with her pug Chunkie.
