Bio

Louise joined Founders Pledge in October 2024 as Interim Head of People, covering a period of maternity leave. With an early start in both e-mobile start-ups and large IT consultancies, Louise has spent the last 18 years building and supporting people and culture teams in global humanitarian and development organisations. Outside of work, she can be found chasing her dog Tully through the Mendips, and pondering whether her recent support of Tottenham Hotspur F.C, simply because they have an Australian manager, was an error in judgement.

Q: If you could choose anyone famous (real or fictional) to have dinner with who would they be and why?

Julia Gillard, Australia's first female Prime Minister - I'd want to know more about that amazing misogyny speech (so famous, it has its only Wikipedia page) and her experiences as a senior female politician

Q: As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?

A doctor, the white coats were so fetching..
