Bio

Faye is an Executive Assistant at Founders Pledge, supporting David Goldberg, CEO, and Niki Buys, CXO, based in the London office. She brings a multidisciplinary background spanning executive support, mental health, and coaching across education, corporate, and start-up environments.

Prior to joining Founders Pledge, Faye worked as an Executive Assistant and as a Mental Health Worker in the NHS. She holds a first-class BSc (Hons) in Psychology, a postgraduate qualification in mental health, and is a certified coach, with hundreds of hours of coaching experience supporting teachers, leaders, and professionals.

Outside office hours, Faye can usually be found drinking good coffee, eating cake, and seeking out opportunities to get close to animals - her favourite being cows, dogs and pigs!

Q&A with Faye

Q: If you could choose anyone famous (real or fictional) to have dinner with who would they be and why?

Fred Again - he’s an incredible DJ who magically blends real, intimate conversations into emotional house/electro/grime music. I’d love to hear how his mind works and listen to him tell the stories behind the music.

Q: As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?

A vet.

Q: If a movie was made of your life what genre would it be, who would play you?

Eeeek…it would probably be a comedy, with a few dramatic plot twists, and I’d be played by Diane Morgan.
