Annette leads the Strategy and Operations team, working on long-term strategic direction and how Founders Pledge scales its impact ambitiously and responsibly. She spent over a decade in strategy consulting, most recently as Associate Partner at Dalberg, where she co-led the digital and AI practice and advised philanthropies and impact organisations.
In my spare time I love being outside (surfing or bikepacking), yoga, hosting dinners with my friends and knitting.
