Annette works on long-term strategic direction at Founders Pledge - running experiments to test new paths and partnerships for impact, and leading our Impact Analytics and MEL team. Before joining Founders Pledge in April 2026, she spent over a decade in strategy consulting with philanthropy, corporate and private equity clients, most recently as Associate Partner at Dalberg advising impact organisations and co-leading the digital and AI practice.
